ICPSR course on Categorical Data Analysis 
July 18-August 12, 2011 - University of Michigan - Ann Arbor

This is a four-week class on categorical data analysis as part of ICPSR's Summer Program. The class focuses on the basic regression models for binary, ordinal, nominal and count outcomes. A variety of practical methods for interpreting these nonlinear models are presented with a series of real-world examples. Model identification and estimation, statistical testing, and assessing fit are also illustrated. A major component of the course is using Stata to estimate and interpret the models.
